Learning Seeds is committed to providing users with exceptional service and educational content. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer a flexible refund policy for our products and services. Please review the following terms carefully.

Refunds for Membership, Courses, Webinars, and Online Products and Services

Eligibility for Refund: Participants are eligible to request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing services. This grace period is designed to give you sufficient time to reconsider your enrollment.

Refund Request Procedure: To initiate a refund, a written request must be sent to refunds@learningseeds.com within the specified 24-hour period.

Exclusion of Refund: All content, courses, webinars, and other online products and services are subject to copyright. If any content or materials have been downloaded from the Learning Seeds member site within this 24-hour period, the participant is ineligible for a refund. This condition is necessary to protect our intellectual property and content. If you download any of our content, tools, or other materials, we assume you have found them helpful.

Processing of Refund: Upon receiving a refund request that meets our policy criteria, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

No refunds will be offered after the 24-hour grace period has lapsed. We encourage participants to review the membership material within this timeframe to ensure it meets their expectations and requirements.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests, including but not limited to the following:

  • A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded before the request was made

  • 1:1 coaching was obtained

Termination of Access: Following a refund, access to paid products and services will be removed immediately.

Refunds for Physical Items

To return your product, please email refunds@learningseeds.com for further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your purchase is refundable, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In some cases refunds may be denied or only partial refunds may be granted, including:

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within days.

Late or missing refunds: Please allow for processing time on the part of your payment service provider and/or bank. If you conclude that the delay is not related to financial service processing time, please contact us at refunds@learningseeds.com.

Exchanges: We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at refunds@learningseeds.com

Amendments to Policy

Learning Seeds reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated promptly and will be applicable to future purchases.
